If
you like old tractors and farm equipment, the Old
Time Flywheel Reunion is the place to be. Held July
26,27,and 28. The Flywheel includes implement displays,
parades, music, museums and more.
All at the Macon County Park.

the year it's not hard to find a small town homecoming
or other events in the communities of Atlanta,
Bevier, Bucklin, Clarence, Callao, Ethel, La Plata,
and New Cambria.
All host celebrations for the whole family.
The communities of Bevier
and Clarence are well known for the top Nashville
entertainment they bring into this area.

Livestock Market is host to several unusual auctions
each year.
The largest Exotic Animal Sale in the country is
held four times a year right here in Macon (April 11-14,
July 11-13, September 26-29, and December 5-7).
The facility can house anything from giraffes to
chipmunks.
Two large buildings are filled with taxidermy
items, which are also sold during the Exotic Sales.
Other sales held by the Lolli
Bros. are their monthly horse sales, their 2-Day
Horse sales, weekly cattle sales and their Western and
Early American Artifact Sales.
The
Show Me Show Down Truck & Tractor Pull is
one of the biggest and best in the Country. This
event takes place June
29-30.
